Solicitud de nulidad de la sentencia T-405/15.
Considera la peticionaria que la mencionada providencia viola de manera ostensible, probada, significativa y trascendental el debido proceso, al existir un defecto fáctico por la no valoración del acervo probatorio y por desconocimiento de las reglas de la sana crítica, respecto a lo decidido en el expediente T-3925289.
Igualmente, por existir incongruencia entre la parte considerativa y resolutiva de la sentencia y, por cambio de la jurisprudencia de la Corporación.
Toda vez que de los argumentos planteados no se infiere que la decisión atacada esté afectada de nulidad, la Sala Plena decide NEGAR la solicitud formulada.
